According to Rawr this item is 5th best trinket for Ret Paladins. Only beaten out by ilvl 245 trinkets and higher. 6th place falls to dark matter a ilvl 226 trinket that sits roughly 30 dps lower than DMC greatness.

Any Consensus on possible score bump?

Strength and Agility cards are buffed slightly internally. You won't see the change because ilvl remained the same, but you will see a slight change in score.
